We’ve always been green…but now we’re Growing Greener!
 

Green grass has proudly been the “branding” color and image for inSacredSpace.com since it’s inception in 2004, before the term “green” came to be known (as far as we know) for eco-conscious, recycled or sustainable, etc. Our use of it has always been to symbolize growth in body, mind, spirit and the Oneness Factor that our product line offers to the world in a grass roots way.
 

Now the grass really is greener in our card line! We are transitioning to 100% eco-conscious environment® Premium Recycled Paper that is FSC Certified (Forest Stewardship Council). This paper (+ envelopes) is still very natural in its appearance to maintain the visual integrity of our cards inspirational designages™. The environment® Premium Recycled Paper we are now using is 50% recycled fiber including 30% post consumer fiber, 50% alternative fibers, elemental chlorine free and uses no new trees!
 

Up to this point we have printed all our cards (+ envelopes) and art on 30% post consumer specialty paper. From here on out with every new card printing we will be transitioning to our 100% eco-conscious paper. You may still receive cards printed on 30% post consumer specialty paper while we are in this transition…but the good news is you are helping us to “grow greener” with every order you place with us or purchase from our valued (see locations link) retailers!
 

Our first new card printing is our “gratitude…it is the way” card, very appropriate for the first printing….isn’t it? (BTW-our best seller!)  And to show you our gratitude for helping us to “grow greener” we would like to gift you a free “gratitude…it is the way” card with any on line purchase…just enter “Thanks!” in the message to seller section upon check-out and we will include it with your order.
 

At inSacredSpace.com we are striving to “grow green” step by step and maintain a fair price along the way. We are not raising our card prices even though this paper is more expensive…so not only are we “growing green” but we will save you some green too!

Effective communicating and listening both begin with language.

Are you proactive or reactive in your language? Between stimulus and response, you have the freedom to choose. This is one of your greatest powers. One of the most important things you choose is what you say. Your language is a good indicator of how you see yourself.

A proactive person uses proactive language—“I can, I will, I am, I prefer,” etc.
A reactive person uses reactive language— “I can’t, I must, if only.”
Reactive people believe they are not responsible for what they say—they have no choice.

Think of a situation in your life during the last week when you responded in a reactive way. Write down and describe what you said.
Now think of a proactive response you might have used in the same situation. Write it down, just for practice.

Make it a point to really listen to your language during the next 21 days.
Is your language more proactive or reactive?
Is your language different between work and home life?
Is your language increasing your sales or is it turning your buying customers off?

The old saying goes, “Be careful what you wish for…”
I say, “Be careful what you say; it could become a self fulfilling prophecy

Hello Everyone,
Today’s thought; Oneness
            As we approach the many Holy-days of December I’m reminded of how much we all have in common with each other during this time of the year. I believe we are all connected, we are all children of God and we are all One and that we all have many things in common all year long… But it’s this time of the year when you can see a difference in the faces of people around us.  It’s this time of the year when we tend to smile more, hug more and laugh more.
            And that brings me to this blogs thought on Oneness. Think about it; Oneness… We are all connected to each other and to everything. The majority of Earths civilizations believe in a Higher Power and that we were all created by a Higher Power so wouldn’t it be safe to say we are all connected by this Higher Power? And, since we are all connected by this Higher Power, wouldn’t it be safe to say that we are all family and as family members we share in each others joys and sorrows?  And if so, would it be OK to ask; why do we bestow so much pain on each other?
           This is my truth and it doesn’t have to be yours but I do believe we are all one big family. I do believe we are all connected to a Higher Power and that this Higher Power would love to see us enjoy our Oneness with each other here on Earth. The Kabbalah teaches “that it’s not about how much you love a person when you love them; it’s about how much you love a person when you hate them.”  That’s powerful man!!! With all do respect I ask everyone to contemplate this teaching. No matter what your religious or political beliefs are please take a moment and look at the people around you… Are we really that different?  A smile, a tear, the sound of laughter, the sound of cries these are universal communications that everyone understands no matter what language you speak. Why; because we are all One and we are all connected.

With the Holidays upon us people are decorating their homes, shopping for the perfect gifts and attending Holiday parties. The old saying “Home is where the Heart is” is very appropriate.

Hello everyone…This is Peter G’ with What’s new at inSacredSpace.com…
This has been an exciting year for us here at inSacredSpace.com. Sandra has been very busy over the past year creating new products, presenting at shows and meeting with wonderful people from all over the globe. In 2007 we added outside sales consultants to show our products to potential wholesale accounts and the result is we now have just under 100 stores across the USA and Canada retailing our products. We’ve also added London England and Tasmania Australia to our map as new inSacredSpace.com retail customers.
What’s new;  In 2007 Sandra added her new Blessing Sets in 4 sizes, 4 new Prayer Art pieces, 3 new 8X10 add your photo Poem Art and for 2008 we’ve added color to the front of our Note Cards in the “Going Within” and “Sacred Symbols” series and they look fantastic.
Something else that’s new is me… My name is Peter G’ and I’m Sandra’s husband and business partner.
Sandra is one of the most brilliant and creative people I have ever met and she’s constantly amazing me with her new ideas and creations. Over the past 5 years Sandra has worked very diligently to create what you see today and she’s created it all on her own through inspired and spirit guided messages. In December on 2006 I left my corporate position and joined Sandra to help grow inSacredSpace.com. I’ve had a blast working with Sandra over the past year and feel very blessed to be able to spend the amount of time I do with my Wife, Best Friend and Business Partner…

Hopeful you all have had and are experiencing the blessings of the Holy Days. I am also wishing you a Happy New Year filled with abundant blessings!!! 

If you have spent any time browsing our site you may have noticed that my art is centered in the messages of words and symbols. Words and symbolic messages are so very powerful and stimulate a multitude of feelings and intentions to those who are expressing them as well as to those who are receiving them.  We’ve all heard the old adage ’sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me’. Like most of us, I myself have experienced the pain of ’sticks and stones’ and have healed with time and proper care. Again, like most of us…I have also experienced words that defy the old adage. Words can cause more pain than sticks and stones, and in some cases, never heal. These painfully damaging words can lead to a lifetime of illness on all planes… body, mind and spirit. Proof of this is being revealed through the science of quantum physics more and more everyday.

I recall reading Deepak Chopra’s book many years ago ‘Ageless Body - Timeless Mind’ as some of the ‘first scientific evidence’ of this fact made available to the public. It was life changing for many people including myself. He talked about two different people riding a roller coaster. One of them was thrilled and exhilarated, the other frightened and sickened by the ride. The thrilled person was releasing hormones/chemicals, etc., they were immune stimulating etc., and the frightened person was releasing hormones/chemicals, etc., they were immune depressing. This scientific evidence was proof that what we are ‘feeling’ had a major impact on our physical bodies.

With that said, I would like to suggest that this new year we all make a commitment to ourselves to take a serious look at the words we choose to use and the energy driving them. Not just in what we say to others but also in what we say to ourselves. Pause and think about our words…choose them wisely. There is great power in the pause.

I recently had the honor and privledge to be interviewed on a similar topic where I was able to share a little about Dr. Emoto’s work with ‘The Messages in water’ https://www.hado.net/index.php. The interview will be playing on the internet show/website Chikii~woman to woman http://www.chikii.com/.   I was able to share my perspective on a word that is/has been used to describe a woman (not a word I like the energy of), the show is titled ‘Are you a B-I-T-C-H?  http://www.chikii.com/areyouabitch.php I’ve been told the show will be airing for about a week, please take the time to view it and share it with anyone you think may benefit, I feel it is a poitive show and something I am pleased to share.

I’m signing off on this entry feeling deep Love, Joy and Appreciation for all of life’s experiences and people. I am demonstrating this feeling by using the word and energy of Namaste’… a Sanskrit word with a variety of interpertations, but a word that does not have a one word English interpretation. I am using it to energetically say to you that ‘The Divine in me acknowledges and recognizes the Divine in you. May you share and experience Divinity in 2007 and always…in all ways.

As I sat down this morning to write this I realized I hadn’t written anything during the entire month of November. I had fully intended to but life happens while you’re making other plans.

I began to observe myself using one of my old mental programs…. “I can’t believe you actually let this much time go by…you really need to get more on top of this…yadayadayada” As I consciouosly shifted more and more into the observer or witness mode I began to breathe deeply and then laugh at myself, followed by praising myself for this observer awareness and my Creator for giving me these fantastic tools!!! The tools to step outside of my ego (even if only momentarialy) and love myself enough to become the observer/wittness self.

As I began this praising I could physically feel my vibration begin to rise, I noticed I began to smile and feel good again. With this feeling good again…this feeling of joy I can now attract more joy into my life and share it with others. The sharing with others is key for me and I believe for us all. For in the sharing we are creating…exactly what we came here to do - create.

Let’s all create our own inner joy, become the observer, the witness self. Step outside of the ego that wants to keep us prisoner of the old mental and emotional programs. Begin the praisng of all things. Laugh in the face of your previous selves, praise your own courage and you will Raise your vibration and this feeling will ripple out into the Univese of your world and you will attract more of it and be able to share more of it.

As we notice the hussle & bussle around us and/or in us during this Holiday season let’s all remember to look for the good and pRAISE it!!!! By doing this we are helping to uplift and shift the collective awareness of humanity.

IN the Spirit of Oneness, not sameness….I pRAISE you for your courage to be here… to live, love, laugh, cry, to feel. To be here or there for another, to look for the good and pRAISE it!

We’ve all heard of the scientific ‘big bang’ theory, the theory that our Universe was created in one giant explosion….one big bang!

Several months ago I experienced an Awesome ephiphany…a vision really. It happened when I was asked to explain the OM by a woman at an event where I was exhibiting. She said she knew about it but felt that what she knew was somehow limiting, she wanted a better understanding. Even though I have explained the OM more times than I can count, I truly desired to honored this woman’s request. I closed my eyes, took a deep breath and asked for a Divine explanation to deliver to this woman. I tapped my OM tuning fork and placed it on her 3rd eye area and at that moment I saw in my Minds Eye the creation of the Universe!!!! It was an amazing and Awesome sight and Spirit revealed to me at that very moment in an instant that our Universe was created via a big ‘OM’ not a big bang!!!! Even more…this explosion - implosion was created by One thought of the OneMind…..creating~birthing our Universe for us to play, grow, learn, love and share in…to spring forth in.

By merging these 2 concepts together (big bang / big OM) it all began to make a lot more sense to me and I was able to assist the woman asking the question with clairity. I now feel more connected to the Oneness of all creation more than ever before. It is my desire that you too feel the connection of Oneness and I am in deep gratitude. My gift was revealed to me within my pure Desire to give her an answer to her heartfelt ‘real’ question.

I have included my designage that represents this concept. Please feel free to print it, tone it and use it whenever you may need to be re-minded of the OneMind that connects us all.

I’ve heard many peope say that they aren’t creative. I’d like to Challenge that thought process and remind us all that we are made in the image and likeness of our Creator….to me that means we are imbued with ‘CREATIVE ENERGY”. Which would mean that we are Creators ourselves. Wouldn’t you agree? Simple logic … we create everyday with our thoughts, our feelings and our actions…our creations are then revealed to us in each moment. What are you creating individually? What are we creating collectively in the OneMind?

Every day science is revealing more and more evidence that Science and Spirituality are One in the same. Over the years there have been many opportunities for us to recognize these facts but now there is a ‘critical mass’ of higher consciousness that is ready to be freed from the slavery of our limited thinking.

There are 2 great movies available that really help to explain Quantum thinking & feeling. They difinitly bring powerful evidence to Light. The more scientific one is ‘What the Bleep do we Know’ and the other ‘The Secret’ is more simplified, easier for the general population to comprehend. I have personally gotten so much out of each of them and re-watch them often. Both are Life changing, Mind opening, Heart freeing and powerfully experiencial movies. Please watch them and watch them again and again. These movies are helping to wake up the world. Let’s all wake up and create the world we desire!
