We’ve all heard of the scientific ‘big bang’ theory, the theory that our Universe was created in one giant explosion….one big bang!

Several months ago I experienced an Awesome ephiphany…a vision really. It happened when I was asked to explain the OM by a woman at an event where I was exhibiting. She said she knew about it but felt that what she knew was somehow limiting, she wanted a better understanding. Even though I have explained the OM more times than I can count, I truly desired to honored this woman’s request. I closed my eyes, took a deep breath and asked for a Divine explanation to deliver to this woman. I tapped my OM tuning fork and placed it on her 3rd eye area and at that moment I saw in my Minds Eye the creation of the Universe!!!! It was an amazing and Awesome sight and Spirit revealed to me at that very moment in an instant that our Universe was created via a big ‘OM’ not a big bang!!!! Even more…this explosion - implosion was created by One thought of the OneMind…..creating~birthing our Universe for us to play, grow, learn, love and share in…to spring forth in.

By merging these 2 concepts together (big bang / big OM) it all began to make a lot more sense to me and I was able to assist the woman asking the question with clairity. I now feel more connected to the Oneness of all creation more than ever before. It is my desire that you too feel the connection of Oneness and I am in deep gratitude. My gift was revealed to me within my pure Desire to give her an answer to her heartfelt ‘real’ question.

I’ve heard many peope say that they aren’t creative. I’d like to Challenge that thought process and remind us all that we are made in the image and likeness of our Creator….to me that means we are imbued with ‘CREATIVE ENERGY”. Which would mean that we are Creators ourselves. Wouldn’t you agree? Simple logic … we create everyday with our thoughts, our feelings and our actions…our creations are then revealed to us in each moment. What are you creating individually? What are we creating collectively in the OneMind?

Every day science is revealing more and more evidence that Science and Spirituality are One in the same. Over the years there have been many opportunities for us to recognize these facts but now there is a ‘critical mass’ of higher consciousness that is ready to be freed from the slavery of our limited thinking.

There are 2 great movies available that really help to explain Quantum thinking & feeling. They difinitly bring powerful evidence to Light. The more scientific one is ‘What the Bleep do we Know’ and the other ‘The Secret’ is more simplified, easier for the general population to comprehend. I have personally gotten so much out of each of them and re-watch them often. Both are Life changing, Mind opening, Heart freeing and powerfully experiencial movies. Please watch them and watch them again and again. These movies are helping to wake up the world. Let’s all wake up and create the world we desire!

It has been my observation that most religions have proclaimed that science is mostly about disproving the existance of God. However, my personal truth is that science has been revealing the true nature of our Universe, Source, God or what ever label we choose to discribe ‘It’ as, every step of the way. Some of the most famous scientists were very Spiritual people.

In the seventeenth century an astromer and mathemetician named Johanes Kepler discovered that planets have elliptical orbits, giving foundation to for the modern day calculation of planetary orbits and how they are associated with vibrational frequency.

I’m not quite sure who actually discovered how to measure vibrational frequency but the measured frequency of our Mother Earth as she travels around our Sun through the 4 seasons vibrates at 136.1 HZ or vibrational beats per second and co-incidently (not) the OM tone / frequency (aka - Aum, Ohm) also vibrates at this same frequency. There is a fabulous CD based on this, it is titled ‘There’s no place like Ohm’ and is available at www.lemniscatemusic.com . It’s very powerful and I love playing it on the repeat cycle all day while I’m working. I also play it in the background when I’m facilitating BrainStorm’n sessions with my clients, it assists me in establishing a stabilizing and creative enviroment for us to work within.

The OM sound and symbol is most commonly known today through the practice of yoga and meditation. It is said to be the primordial sound of creation, God Itself, the Absolute and is the Sanskrit Word symbol for God. ‘OM’ or ‘Aum’ is said to be the basis of all the sounds in the Universe. I have read somewhere that the Aum or OM of the Hindu Vedas became the sacred word of Hum for the Tibetians, Amin of the Moslems and Amen for the Christians, Jews, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans. OM is the Omnipresent sound, the voice of all things in creation and the Universe. It confirms the Divine presence in every atom… thereby confirming our Oneness. According to Paramahansa Yogananda, the great Hindu sage…Pantanjali said ” ‘He who knows ‘OM’ knows God”

Connect to the frequency of Peace and you’ll bring it into your world, our shared world. Gandhi said ‘There is no way to Peace…Peace is the way’.

You may ask ‘how can I feel peaceful in a life/world that has so much drama going on? There are many ways to connect to this energy and I will share with you one of the ways that works for me. But first let me explain the concept. . . Most of us have heard the old adage ‘Out of sight - out of mind’.

My experience has been that it is true, so to care, share and connect I have change it to… in sight - in mind, which then shows up as ‘in life’. What we take in through our eyes, permeates into our minds and ultimately manifests in our lives. This awareness can help us in the raising of our personal consciousness, then ultimately in our collective consciousness.

Ask yourself – What am I taking into my consciousness? What am I viewing as Mind-full messages? Where is my focus? What is your life reflecting back to you? Is it peace full?  Or is it filled with drama and confusion…a reflection of what you keep in sight and in mind? Another old addage I have looked at is ‘Necessity is the Mother of Invention” and this has proven to be true. I also see this concept as ‘Repetition is the Mother of Memory’. Our world / lives are the result of Habitual thinking.

We currently exist in a dimension of poles and polar opposites, a world of duality, a world of free will, a world of choice. A world where we have a time delay so we can see what our consciousness (collective and otherwise) is manifesting. Let us all choose to tune into the Peace of Oneness and do our best to carry it forward, let’s care enough to share this energy and connect to the Oneness in whatever it is that life is reflecting back to us. We can make a conscious decision to align with Peace personally.

Let’s pay attention to where we are directing our thoughts at any given moment, notice which pole are you in sync with? + positive or - negative ? Consistently ask, what frequency am I in alignment with? What vibration am I Plugged Into? Become Aware. Connect. Plug in, into Peace. Help yourself by using reminders, there are so many great tools available to us today. If we never give up on this feeling of Peace we will eventually manifest it.

Earlier in this blog I said I would share one of the ways I connect to the Peace of Oneness…so here it is, right below this last paragraph. I use my Shalom design as a reminder to plug into peace and the knowingness that we are One. I also tone it, the Aahhhhh sound and the Ommmmm sound are very powerful manifestation tools. As I view and tone Shalom I feel the energy shift within me from any or all of the opposite feelings of Peace and then I visualize and energeticly send my peace full energy out into the world and know without a doubt that it is working. Imagine what it will be like when we are all filled with the Peace of Oneness. Practice make perfect so please feel free to print this and post it somewhere that you can use it, practice it and soon you will begin to inwardly feel the results of Peace and then you will begin to observe the outward results of Peace being reflected back to you.
